What is the role and how does it involve therapy for children?
This role is particularly important for Dr Laurie Preston, who started her therapy career working in as a residential support worker in a residential children’s home. This unique job blends children’s therapy with the role of coach at SuperCare, working with our young people to improve their lives.
Therapeutic Coaches have gone on to apply for occupational therapy jobs, speech and language therapist roles and even pursuing clinical psychologist careers.
