Welcome to the Bake Off Bonanza!! This month we kicked off a delicious competition between two very talented homes, 23 & 13.
Both teams were given a thrilling 30-minute shopping spree to gather ingredients for a dessert of their choice. Lets just say the adrenaline was kicking in with only 4 hours to complete, a tasty treat.
Question is which home will crumble under pressure?
House 23, took the lead finishing at a smashing 11am, showcasing their exceptional baking skills with two mouth watering desserts: Kinder Chocolate Brownies and Strawberry & Apricot Jam Tarts.While pressure was on for House 13, still baking away.
It got to 1pm and suddenly a phone ringtone went off! It was House 13 entering the room with a big smirk on their faces… a giant Nokia Cake was placed on the table.
The judge arrived for a taste test to determine the winner…
House 23!
Well done to all those involved, house 13’s creativity was incredible, however house 23 prevailed on the taste.
This test was all about quick thinking, teamwork, efficiency and strategic planning. A big well done to both houses for all their hard work and efforts.
