Damian has been in Recruitment and Operations for over 20 years. Initially setting up Pan Global Recruitment Companies, Damian has founded and developed multiple successful businesses across the Recruitment, Education, Training and in recent years Children’s Residential Care Sectors.
Damian has been involved since the inception of SuperCare. As Operations Director, he oversees the Recruitment, HR and Operations of the homes.
Damian, an impassioned advocate for the well-being of children, has dedicated his recent career to establishing a flourishing and forward thinking environment where passionate and determined minds can flourish in Residential Care. Damian has blended his skills in recruitment, business and coaching to bring together the best in leadership and talent to fulfil a commitment to excellence in the pursuit of providing outstanding care for children in need.
Born and raised with a deep sense of empathy and a natural affinity for working with children, Damian was Influenced by personal experiences and a profound belief in the transformative power of NLP and training. He embarked on a journey to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged youth. In this leadership position, he has overseen the day-to-day operations, ensuring a holistic new age approach to the technologies and methods used in the company, ensuring the safety, well-being and development of each staff member and child under their care.
