Looking after young people in our Eastbourne residential children’s homes is a rewarding job! Working with young people with challenging behaviours means that we’re always looking for adults who are energetic, fit and active to join our homes.
We also spend lots of time out on fun activities with the young people in Eastbourne so we’re always looking to speak with people who have a full and clean driving license too!

Training and Development

We’ll also help you gain nationally recognised qualifications including the Level 3 in Residential Childcare, the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and even the Level 7 in Strageic Management and Leadership.

Junior Coaches are given training to progress to Senior Coaches and Team Leadership. We also mentor all our Deputy Manager’s to be the next Registered Managers or Responsible Individual in London and The South East.
