Our Job Roles At SuperCare
We have a range of roles available for individuals looking for jobs in children’s social care, including:
Junior Coaches – Providing day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people. The Coach role is often referred to as Residential Support Workers or Mentors in other providers. However we’re passionate about giving more emphasis on our adults helping and supporting young people achieve their goals in life, and not just providing basic support.
Senior Coaches – We enrol all our Junior Coaches on the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare and once they have achieved this they are promoted to Senior Coaches. Experienced care workers with this qualification join our teams as Senior’s already.
Team Leaders – For candidates who have more experience leading teams of adults in residential children’s homes. You will have already achieved their Level 3 and are working towards their Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
