Our Homes
Supporting the Southeast and London
At SuperCare, we are dedicated to expanding our services by opening homes across the Southeast, strategically located to enable support between homes. This approach enables us to share services and resources, ensuring that we provide the highest level of care to the young people we support.
Each of our homes comes complete with not only a team of coaches but also a team of therapists including a Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist and Speech and Language Therapist. This gives each home the opportunity to have the very specialised services that the young people will require without relying on public services.

Careers at SuperCare
Directly working alongside young children in our care, Junior Coaches take an active role in organising activities and holidays whilst supporting Senior Coaches and house leadership. As an entry-level position we’ll support you in achieving your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare while you work.
Senior Coaches are an integral part of our houses. They manage primary care issues for our children and help the prepare for the transition to adulthood and greater independence. Senior Coaches already have their Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and are supported to achieve higher qualifications.
Team Leaders co-ordinate and lead shifts, working closely with Junior and Senior coaches to formulate support plans with young people, construct packages of support to meet their needs and lead the direct day-to-day support.
Ensuring the young people are looked after at night safely and securely, Night Shift leads help ensure that the house runs smoothly during the evenings and early mornings.
Our Deputy Manager’s work closely with the house’s Registered Manager to manage the service’s existing workforce and resources, as well as to promote and safeguard the welfare of the young people in our care.
